How to set up with PC/latop computers?
- Connect the transmitter to a side USB port on the PC/laptop;
- Turn on the wireless headphones;
- When the blue LED light blinks once every 10 seconds, the headphones is now connected to the transmitter.
How to set up with PS4/PS5?
- Connect the transmitter to a side USB port on the PS4/PS5 console;
- Turn on the wireless headphones;
- When the blue LED light blinks once every 10 seconds, the headphones is now connected to the transmitter.
How to set up with other devices, such as xbox one s, mobiles?
- Connect the 3.5mm audio cable between the headphone and the xbox one s controller/cellphones, it works as a normal wired headset; but function keys on headphone are disable.
Trouble Shooting:
- After connecting the transmitter, the headset doesn't work?
Please make sure the transmitter is connected to your PC/PS4 properly, long press (3~5 seconds) the ON/OFF button to turn on the headset; go to the PC/PS4 audio settings, choose the headset as audio output and audio input device, save the changes.
- How to turn on/off the headset (on wireless mode) ?
There is a ON/OFF button on the headset, please long press (3~5 seconds) the button to turn it on/off every time.
- How to turn on/off the microphone (on wireless mode) ?
There is a mute button on the headset, please short press the button to turn it on/off every time; when the green LED light stays solid, the mic is ON.
- How to know the headset is at low battery or needing a charge?
When it is at low battery, the red indicator flashes; and headset gives out a hash "beeping" sound; in this case, please turn off the headset and connect the Type C cable to charge it.
